No matter what my personal opinion of Jose Baez is, I’ve got to say that his use and direction of the term “pseudo-media” is a real good zinger and it hit the directed target. Pseudo-Media is subtle and yet direct, it applies only to the one particular “angry blogger” who found it so necessary to TRY to become a part of this criminal case and to any person who reads about the case history and the case histrionics in the future, will get the true picture of the little man from Casselberry with his video cam who is just another sad nutjob in the State of Florida or in summation, an imaginary member of the PSEUDO-MEDIA. Good one, Jose! Ole!

Yes whistler’s mother that has every comment from a lot of blogs and goes back a long time.

Abby-I know what you mean by feeling like someone is creating drama but I really think whistler was just trying to understand. I hope whistler would not think that you being called a $l*t before the real truth came out is a ok. I am glad the truth came out and that he did apologize. I would have never expected that so maybe things will start looking up.

I think I’m going to head off to bed and hopefully wake up on the right side tomorrow. BUT, when someone is saying one thing in one place and another entirely different thing in another place, it just comes across as someone creating drama for no reason. Maybe I am becoming defensive expecting it however so, as I said, off to bed I go!

Abby

Boo-ok so start at that link you stated? sounds like a real mess.

whistler, a lot of comments that are vulgar are removed from dave’s site. Last night, he published fake emails from this blog owner and called her a $lut. The emails he published had another innocent person’s information on it and her name is out there now.

All of the comments from a lot of blogs are found at this website. Sometimes, it takes awhile for them to update but even if a blog owner deletes the comments, they show up there. A lot worse has been said long before this and I encourage you to do some research on how he has published other people’s personal information, threatened them, etc. It may take some reading but all of this can be found here and the newest comments aren’t there:

EDIT from Abby: Link removed due to the fact that it links to the innocent person’s name. Please see the new post for May 19, 2010 END EDIT

I hope you will do some research there or on google. A good place to start is how he put the real name of someone with the pic of a child molester. Just google “marinade dave” and “sirjef” and you will find the whole mean story

Am I missing something?-I have been reading Dave’s blog for a few months-I have not read anything that seems anything close to what you have stated. Is this something going on behind the scenes? I did notice the ” tip jar” which I was surprised that it had not happened sooner, not super respectable but it is his blog. Can you refer me to his mean posts? Look forward to starting to read your blog also.

From Abby:
Whistler’s Mother,
I have noticed you go from blog to blog stirring in $hit. What’s the purpose of that? It is a valid question and I am sure you will leave nasty comments about me elsewhere because of this comment. But, believe me, NO blog owners like those who try to create further problems. You know what I’m talking about. I won’t play those games and as such, I am leaving your comment as approved so that other blog owners will be aware, if they aren’t already.

I am not spreading anything, all I did was ask you and Dave what the issue was? I don’t usually post and just read but I have never read anything that was mean on his blog-you obviously have some issue if you are reading his blog and following up on people-if you go back to his blog and his answer to my question was very respectful. You need to lighten up and stop accusing people.

My issue is I just don’t want the pot stirred any further than it is with drama. It appears to a casual observer that whats being posted is creating more issues for no reason. I think there’s enough with just issues, alone. Taking two different tones in different places comes across/appears to stir. Thats just MHO.

Abby,
I’d check with Dave and his little gang of harpy cyber bullies first. Dave is famous for sending fake emails, threats, etc.

I don’t know how I would ever be able to pin it down with a ‘yes, I wrote that email” so I decided to write the post. I hope for that woman’s sake, her name is removed everywhere. If you see her name anywhere, please ask them to remove it. I really feel bad for this woman. All this because I randomly chose Boston on wordpress as the city I live in. It’s unbelievable really.
